Rinse the figs and dry well. Cut each fig into 4 pieces. Place the figs in a skillet and sprinkle them with the rum and 2 tablespoons of confectioners sugar. Cover and cook over low hear for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Whip the cream. Serves: 4 |
